EDUCATION SHOULD BE ASSESSIBLE

Collaborative Tutorial Resources Initiative (CTRI)

At Care For Knowledge, we believe education runs on collaboration. The Collaborative Tutorial Resources Initiative (CTRI) was created to bring together young minds to build educational resources that will benefit students across the country.

What is CTRI?

CTRI is a community-based initiative to empower students, educators, and volunteers to create educational resources collaboratively. These resources are geared towards helping students excel academically through easily accessible content. Through tutorial videos, summary notes, study guides, and more, participants contribute to building a shared learning platform available to everyone.

The CTRI mission is simple: to make learning materials available for students, regardless of their location or background, by fostering a community that works together to create digital educational resources.

How It Works

Discover how this works!

01

Collaboration

CTRI operates on collaboration. Young people, educators, and professionals come together to contribute their skills—whether it’s content creation, research, or video production—to develop learning resources that can be freely accessed by students.

02

Digital Learning Resources

Participants develop a wide variety of resources, including: Tutorial videos,
Summarized study notes and revision guides, and
Exam preparation materials

03

Distribution

All materials created under CTRI are distributed online, making them accessible to anyone, anywhere, through platforms like WikiQuestions and other digital tools.

Why CTRI Matters

Bridging the Learning Gap

Many students in under-resourced schools lack access to quality learning materials. CTRI helps fill that gap by providing high-quality, accessible, and free resources that empower students to take control of their learning.

Skill Development

Not only does CTRI benefit students who use the resources, but it also provides valuable skills to those who participate in content creation. From video production and content writing to teamwork and leadership, participants gain hands-on experience in educational development.

Sustainability Through Collaboration

By continually involving young people in the creation process, CTRI builds a sustainable model that keeps learning resources up-to-date and relevant. The initiative is community-driven, allowing it to grow and adapt over time
